Does the stamp card also work for classes and personal training?+
Yes – you decide what triggers a stamp. Every check-in at the door, only class visits, only PT sessions or all of it together. You can even set up different bonus rules for different services.
Does Stempely help against the typical January problem?+
That's exactly what it's made for. In January many people sign up, by March they no longer show up. Stempely automatically detects who hasn't been there for 7–14 days and sends a motivational push message – before the cancellation comes.
Does this work alongside my existing membership system?+
Absolutely. Stempely doesn't replace your membership system – it complements it. Your members keep paying their fees and additionally collect stamps for every visit. That gives them an extra reason to come regularly.
Can I reward class attendance specifically?+
Yes. You can place one QR code per class room or per class. That way you track exactly which classes are running well and reward loyal class participants on purpose – for example 10 yoga sessions = 1 session free.
What does Stempely cost on top of my membership management?+
Stempely runs in parallel with your existing system (Magicline, Fitogram, eGym & co.) and doesn't replace it – the costs are correspondingly low. The Premium plan costs 9,99 €/month and brings all marketing features: push reminders against the January slump, win-back automation and contactless NFC stamps for entrance check-in. Is Stempely GDPR-compliant – even though I already have member data in my system?+
Yes, and the beauty of it: Stempely requires no data sync with your membership management system. You don't have to transfer any names, no SEPA mandates and no dates of birth to yet another provider – and therefore no additional data processing agreement to sign. The app assigns an anonymous ID that lives separately from your CRM. You see training activity in the dashboard, personal data stays in your existing membership system.
How does stamping at check-in work?+
On the first visit after the trial workout, the new member scans the QR code on the turnstile wall – the app is on the phone before the trainer has finished the orientation. For the following workout, a quick tap of the NFC card at the counter area (or in front of the class room) is enough, while they grab their training mat out of the locker. No login, no communication with the trainer team needed.
What if a member locks their smartphone in the changing room?+
The stamp only needs the phone briefly at check-in – during the workout itself it stays in the locker. Smartphones are almost universally present in the fitness target group (97%+ in the 16–55 age group, often even with training apps). Should someone still come without one, you can add the stamp at check-out from your dashboard, without the member having to come by again.
