Yes. Every customer scans individually with their own phone — there is no queue at the system. Whether 5 or 50 customers stamp at the same time: the QR code always works, without delay. Your workflow at the counter stays undisturbed.
Do currywurst, fries and schnitzel all count equally as a stamp?+

Is Stempely GDPR-compliant — even if I serve delivery customers via Lieferando?+
Yes. Delivery platforms hand you their customers's addresses, Stempely deliberately does not: the loyalty card works exclusively with an anonymous ID on the customer's phone. So you do not have to attach an additional privacy policy to the delivery chain, do not have to obtain consent for profiling and do not have to negotiate special terms over Lieferando third-party data. Your counter stays offline-compliant – as if the loyalty card were made of cardboard – just without ever losing anything.

The trick: every customer scans themselves, you do nothing. The QR code sticks on the counter, the order window or directly on the packaging.
