Does the loyalty card work for different types of products?+
Yes – whether it's stationery, fashion, wine or household goods. You award one stamp per purchase. Whether you set a minimum purchase value (e.g. from €15) or simply stamp per visit is up to you. Configuration takes a minute.
Can I roll out seasonal promotions via push in a targeted way?+
Yes. With the Premium package you can send push messages to your regular customers – e.g. "Winter sale starts tomorrow: double stamps for regulars." That way you fill the shop in a targeted way for season changes, clearance sales or quiet weeks.
Is it worth it for a small shop with little walk-in traffic?+
Especially then. The smaller your customer base, the more valuable each individual one is. When a regular who normally spends €30 a month suddenly stops coming, you often only notice weeks later. Stempely shows you that in real time – and brings her back automatically.
Can I adjust rewards depending on product category?+

How does stamping at the register work?+
Put a QR code next to the register or place an NFC card on the counter. After paying, the customer scans or taps – 2 seconds, done. No account, no registration, no effort for you or your staff.
What if my customers don't have a smartphone with them?+
In brick-and-mortar retail this is rarely an obstacle: anyone who goes shopping almost always has their smartphone within reach (for pay apps, card confirmations, photos of the item they want). On the very first stamp, the customer installs the app while you're packing up the purchase – which is usually faster than digging a plastic loyalty card out of the drawer, punching it and entering it into a customer file. Anyone who wants to stay offline gets the stamp from you manually – without leaving any data.
Is Stempely GDPR-compliant – even without commissioning a separate data protection audit?+
Yes. In classic retail, the biggest GDPR pitfall is collecting names, phone numbers and purchase histories with the plastic customer card or the handwritten pre-order book.
